| People are always central in your organization. Without them, you would not achieve any result. Important element is the way your company will support your people in achieving these results. |

| Therefore, it is paramount to include your people in any change or improvement you are planning. Not only to get acceptance of your people, but more important, to consult them and co-construct the improvement and change plans you wish to implement. Even more when you hire an external party to design and implement such project. |

| By immediately creating and providing transparency in the objectives and purpose of a project on your people and their work environment, the easier and quicker the implementation of the project is achieved. |

| Processes |

| No matter which project you plan to execute, the main objective will always be to improve something. This might be customer appreciation and loyalty, improved profits, increased production output or accelerated growth and turnover, within each of these projects your processes are analyzed and improved when needed. |

| Our methodology, derived from 6 Sigma and Lean, primarily focus on the value add of the specific process and remove all non value adds. After this, the remaining processes will be stabilized and improved. During this phase, we will create a new way of working, stimulating your organization to continuously improve its processes. |

Management control and information systems |
|
| The last, but most important, pillar is to analyze and improve your management information system. We will assess the flows in your systems, the KPI’s, reporting structure, control mechanisms, and the implementation on the work floor. After the analysis, we will redesign the system after which it will be implemented. The new system will be fully equipped to manage the new objectives that are implemented and realized during the project implementation. |

| Scoping |
|
| A scoping is an instrument to validate the feasibility of your project objectives and to determine scope and size of the opportunity. We always do a scoping together with you, the client. During the scoping we will not only identify the hard benefits, but also look at the soft benefits for your company. A rough business case, identifying the possibilities, costs, and benefits will be presented along with a proposal for the next phase. |

Within our ‘accelerated’ and ‘rapid’ programs, the scoping and analysis phase are integrated, as we will start implementing identified quick wins immediately after the findings in the scoping. |

| Analysis |
|
| If the scoping phase has provided you with enough benefits to proceed, we will enter into the analysis phase in which all benefits will be analyzed in detail. This detailed analysis will provide the final business case, with a clear overview of costs, profits, and ROI. In addition, we will identify how the project is best executed and which non-financial resources, such as people, materials and time, are needed. These elements together will form the basis on which the implementation plan is designed and offered to you. |

Implementation phase |
|
| During the implementation phase we, together with your people, will implement the project and objected results into your company. Improved Consulting executes every implementation plan on jointly pre-defined milestones. These milestones will monitor the project progress and warrant the results. We always work with pre-determined budget and timeframe, to make sure you will not be faced with unnecessary and unwanted unpleasant surprises during the project. |
